After a "classic" career as an executive in a company, I had the chance to train as a cook in Thierry Marx's school in order to start my reconversion. It is in this school that I learned the 80 basic techniques of French cuisine. I then joined the kitchens of the Élysée Palace, in Guillaume Gomez's team for my practical training. Today, I welcome you to my table d'hôtes and let you discover my cuisine which respects traditions and is concerned about the values of nature preservation. Seasonal products, vegetables and fruit in particular are in the spotlight, organic of course. I favour market gardeners, cheese makers and local breeders.

For wine lovers, Languedoc and Côtes du Rhône wines complement the flavor combinations and magnify the richness of the local terroir.
